🎨 How to return a product?
You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt, to the following address:

📌 Important : Remember to include your order number (starting with PP) to facilitate the processing of your refund.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility 🚚.
Upon receipt of the products, we check their condition and proceed with the refund via the payment method used for your order.
🏷️ A product is missing/incorrect in my order
If you purchased your kit from the PETIT PINCEAU website : we invite you to submit a request via the contact form below.
If your box comes from one of our distributors : please contact Laura directly, who manages our professional clients: adv@la-petite-epicerie.fr
📦 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
It is not possible to modify your order yourself, but you can contact us so we can make the change. If the order has already been sent to our logistics department, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to modify it.
🧐 One product was missing from my order
We apologize for this oversight. Please contact us and specify whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement of the box, and we will resolve this as soon as possible.
