Terms and Conditions of the “Your Petit Pinceau 100% Refunded” Promotion 🎨

Article 1 – Organizer
The “Your Petit Pinceau 100% Refunded” promotion is organized by La Petite Épicerie SAS, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 535 001 416, whose registered office is located at 66 rue Marceau, 93100 Montreuil, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
Article 2 – Purpose of the Promotion
La Petite Épicerie is offering its customers a 100% refund on the purchase price of their eligible Petit Pinceau kit, excluding delivery fees.
To take advantage of this offer, participants must complete their paint-by-numbers project and share their creative experience on Instagram, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Duration of the Promotion
The promotion is open to orders placed from November 3, 2026, with no pre-defined end date.
La Petite Épicerie reserves the right to end the promotion, provided that customers are informed in advance on its communication channels. Any eligible order placed before the announced closing date may benefit from the offer, subject to the terms and conditions of these terms and conditions.
Participants have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of their kit to complete their creation, publish the required content, and submit their participation form.
Article 4 – Terms and Conditions of Participation
To benefit from the offer, participants must comply with the following conditions:
• Purchase an eligible Petit Pinceau kit on one of the official websites: petitpinceau.fr or la-petite-epicerie.fr. Purchases made in physical stores or on any other platform are excluded from the offer.
• Complete their paint-by-numbers project within 30 days of receiving the kit.
• Share two pieces of content on Instagram, either as a story or a post, tagging @lapetiteepicerie:
One piece of content showing the unboxing of the kit or the first brushstrokes.
A second piece of content showing the completed creation.
• Complete the participation form and submit the required supporting documents within the specified timeframe.
The content must be authentic and correspond to the kit purchased.
Participants remain free to share their experience and personal opinion, whether positive or negative. No favorable review is required to benefit from the offer.
The offer is limited to one entry and one refund per person, subject to compliance with all the terms and conditions.
Article 5 – Instagram Posts
The content must be published from an Instagram account belonging to the participant, with the tag @lapetiteepicerie clearly visible.
As the posts are created in exchange for a financial benefit, participants must clearly indicate their commercial nature, using a disclosure such as “Advertisement” or “Commercial Collaboration”, visible and appropriate to the published format.
Instagram’s partnership disclosure tools must also be used where applicable.
Participants guarantee that they are the creators of the shared content or have the necessary permissions for its publication, in compliance with third-party rights.
The promotion is not organized, sponsored, or administered by Instagram or Meta.
Article 6 – Participation Form
Once the conditions have been met, participants must complete the official form available at the following address:

The information requested is:
- The website on which the kit was purchased.
- The order number.
- The contact email address.
- The Instagram username used.
- A screenshot of the post showing the unboxing or the start of the creation.
- A screenshot of the post showing the completed artwork.
The screenshots must allow verification of the posts and the tag of @lapetiteepicerie.
The form also includes an optional question regarding permission to reuse the submitted content, in accordance with Article 8.
La Petite Épicerie may request additional supporting documents if the information provided does not allow verification of compliance with the terms and conditions.
Article 7 – Refund Terms
Upon receipt of the form, La Petite Épicerie will verify the information and supporting documents submitted, within a maximum period of one month.
If all the conditions are met, the participant will receive a full refund of the price actually paid for their eligible Petit Pinceau kit, after deducting any discounts or reductions applied at the time of purchase.
Delivery fees and other items in the order are not included in the refund.
The refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum period of 10 days after the request has been validated, subject to the technical constraints of the payment service provider.
The participant will be informed by email whether their request has been validated or, if applicable, the reasons for its refusal.
No refund can be granted if the terms and conditions of participation are not met, particularly in cases of missing supporting documents, late participation, an ineligible order, or proven fraud.
This offer does not affect consumers’ statutory rights, particularly regarding the right of withdrawal and statutory guarantees.
Article 8 – Permission to Use Content
8.1 – Principle
Photographs and videos created by participants remain the property of their creators, subject to any third-party rights.
Participation in the promotion does not constitute automatic permission for La Petite Épicerie to reuse the content.
8.2 – Optional Permission
When completing the form, participants may grant La Petite Épicerie permission to reuse the Petit Pinceau photographs and posts submitted as part of the promotion.
This permission is collected through a separate question offering two answers: “Yes, with pleasure!” or “No, not this time.”
This permission is entirely optional and has no bearing on eligibility for the refund.
8.3 – Permitted Uses
If permission is granted, the participant authorizes La Petite Épicerie, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, to reproduce, publish, and distribute the relevant content for the purpose of promoting and showcasing its Petit Pinceau products on the following platforms:
- La Petite Épicerie’s official social media channels.
- La Petite Épicerie’s website, particularly product pages and areas dedicated to community creations.
- La Petite Épicerie’s newsletters and electronic communications.
This permission covers posts accessible in France and abroad, given their publication on the Internet.
La Petite Épicerie may adapt the formats and dimensions of the content to the platforms used, without altering its meaning or compromising the integrity of the creations.
The participant’s Instagram username will be mentioned whenever technically possible and appropriate for the platform.
This permission does not cover paid advertising campaigns, particularly sponsored posts on social media, which will require separate permission.
8.4 – Duration of Permission
The permission is granted for a period of 2 years from the date it is accepted in the participation form.
At the end of this period, La Petite Épicerie will cease any further use of the content and remove any digital posts over which it has control, unless the participant provides new permission.
8.5 – Withdrawal of Permission
The participant may request to withdraw their permission at any time by contacting customer service at the following address: serviceclient@la-petite-epicerie.fr
La Petite Épicerie will then cease any further use of the relevant content and remove it from its digital platforms as soon as possible, subject to applicable legal obligations and technical limitations beyond its control.
The withdrawal of permission will have no bearing on the refund granted as part of the promotion.
However, content already distributed in emails received by third parties cannot be retroactively deleted.
8.6 – Respect for Rights
The content may not be used in a derogatory, misleading, or harmful context, or in a manner that infringes on the rights of participants or third parties.
La Petite Épicerie reserves the right not to use the content, even if permission has been granted.
Article 9 – Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the promotion is used by La Petite Épicerie to:
- Manage and verify entries.
- Monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of the offer.
- Process refunds.
- Contact participants when necessary.
- Manage permissions to reuse content when they have been granted.
The data is accessible only to authorized personnel at La Petite Épicerie and to service providers involved in managing the promotion.
It is retained for a period appropriate to the purposes of processing, subject to applicable legal obligations.
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, participants have, among other rights, the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and restrict processing, subject to the conditions provided by law.

The data collected as part of this promotion is not used to automatically register participants for commercial communications without an appropriate legal basis.
Article 10 – Liability
La Petite Épicerie cannot be held responsible for malfunctions of the Instagram or Typeform platforms that are beyond its control, without prejudice to the statutory rights of participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to request additional supporting documents if there is any doubt about the authenticity of an entry and to refuse any fraudulent request or request that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Any modification to the promotion will be communicated to the participants concerned and may not affect their acquired rights or mandatory legal provisions.
Article 11 – Acceptance and Review of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the promotion implies that participants have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions can be viewed free of charge on La Petite Épicerie’s website throughout the duration of the promotion.
